Holiday Shipping

*To receive delivery by December 24, 2024, please use the below shipping guidelines: 

  • FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $50: order by 12/15 9AM PT
  • 1-Business Day Shipping: order by 12/22 11AM PT

*Please note there could be delays with the selected carrier’s service which are beyond our control, especially during the holiday season. Delivery time is not guaranteed.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Occasionally there could be delays with your selected carrier’s service which are beyond our control. You can check your carrier’s website for updates about service delays in your area.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

*FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50, $7.95 flat shipping on orders under $50. We offer shipping via Fedex and UPS *for the contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii and US territories. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We only ship to US customers and do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@skltd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
