Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase but if you don’t, we’re happy to process a new order or issue a refund. You have up to 60 days from the ship date to return items by mail with a valid order number or receipt. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and must be in original condition. Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. The returned merchandise will be credited to your original form of payment. Returns are free when you use a prepaid shipping label.
*Returns without a receipt may be eligible for merchandise credit at the item’s lowest selling price within the last 60 days. Some exclusions apply.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between October 15, 2024 and December 24, 2024 may be returned or exchanged through January 31, 2025, or the standard 60-day return window, as stated above, if applicable.
- To start a return, simply click on the profile icon at the top right of the store or click here, https://shopify.com/67202842838/account
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- You will receive an email from our store with a 6-digit verification code to enter on our online store page.
- Click the order you want to submit the return for.
- If there is more than one item in the order, then select the items you want to return.
- Select the return reason and add a note for our store.
- Click Request Return.
- If your request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label.
- Once the return is received it will be processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
